Pour profiter et faire durer au mieux de votre bougie EQ, laissez brûler votre bougie jusqu’à ce que la totalité de la surface de la cire ait fondu afin de conserver une surface plane et uniforme.
Entretenez la mèche en la coupant régulièrement pour éviter que la bougie ne fume. Recentrez délicatement la mèche lorsque la cire est encore fondue après chaque utilisation pour éviter que le verre ne noircisse.
Évitez de placer votre bougie dans les courants d’air lorsqu’elle brûle pour ne pas laisser s’échapper le parfum et placez là idéalement sur un socle pour protéger la surface sur laquelle est posée votre bougie.
Enfin, lorsqu’elle est éteinte nous vous conseillons de la couvrir avec son capot en bois de hêtre pour préserver la senteur de votre bougie et pour qu’elle ne prenne pas la poussière.

Where does the name Fjord Lifestyle come from? Who are the founders of Fjord Lifestyle and where are you located?
We are Iodelle and Clément, we currently live in Royan on the Atlantic coast. We created in 2019 the sustainable outdoor brand Fjord Lifestyle. The word "Fjord" means « where one fares through" in old Norse. For us, it represents the decisions we make and how they define our existence. It is essential for us to live with intention, to slow down, to explore, to connect with nature and to integrate it into every aspect of our lives.
STAINLESS STEEL BOOTLE
Can I put any type of liquid in my bottle?
No. You can only carry drinks in your bottle.
Can I put a boiling drink in my bottle?
Yes, be careful when drinking your drink, even if the outside does not feel hot, the drink inside can still be very hot.
Is the Fjord Lifestyle bottle insulated? For how long?
Our bottle is isothermal, i.e. it keeps the drinks hot and cold thanks to a double inner wall system.
Your drinks will stay hot for 8 hours and cool for up to 12 hours.
Is my bottle watertight?
Yes, the Fjord Lifestyle water bottle is watertight thanks to its silicone seal.
Is my bottle dishwasher safe?
We advise you to wash your bottle by hand.
The cap is not dishwasher safe.
You can occasionally put your bottle in the dishwasher, but we do not recommend this as it may affect the appearance of your bottle.
Can I put my bottle in the microwave or freezer?
No, it is not possible to put your bottle in the microwave or freezer.
How do I clean my bottle?
You can clean your bottle by hand with slightly soapy water.
You can remove the silicone seal during cleaning.
We advise you to use a brush to clean your bottle and to clean it regularly (every 2 to 3 days).
Let the bottle dry without closing it.
What should I do if there are traces of limestone in my bottle?
You can wash your bottle with a little warm water and white vinegar.
How do I store my bottle?
Store your bottle open to avoid odors. Always leave it open to dry.
Where is my bottle made?
It is made in China in Yongkang City. There is currently no European manufacturer of stainless steel that is suitable for food contact under European regulations. In Europe, the stainless steel authorized for food use is 18/8 stainless steel.
Does the bottle fit in the spaces provided in the car?
Yes, in most cases it is suitable for use in cars.
Can I take my bottle on the plane?
Yes, remember to empty it before passing through security.

ICESLOW COOLER BAG
Why is ICESLOW made of hemp?
We have chosen hemp as the main material for ICESLOW because it is less water consuming than cotton. It is also a material that has a higher yield and sequesters CO2 during its cultivation.
How long does ICESLOW keep warm and cold?
We are still testing ICESLOW at the moment, in order to give you precise data on the temperature and the length of time it keeps warm and cold. However, we can assure you that it will keep your ice cream frozen for at least two hours before you need to consume it. If you want to go further, simply add an ice pack.
How do I take care of ICESLOW?
Clean ICESLOW with a sponge and a little warm water.
Hang it up to dry.
You can place it in a warm place or near a radiator to accelerate drying.
Is ICESLOW machine washable?
We do not suggest to machine wash ICESLOW, as it could damage the hemp insulation layer.
Can I put food directly into ICESLOW?
Our fabrics are natural and the coating is safe for your health. So you can put your apple directly into your cooler bag. For soup, we advise you to put it in our stainless steel lunch box before putting it in your cool bag :)
Where is ICESLOW made?
Your ICESLOW is assembled in France in Rochefort with fabric made from hemp woven in Romania.
How do I compost ICESLOW at the end of its life?
We designed ICESLOW with the end of life in mind. This is why we have made sure that it is harmless to nature and can be reintegrated into the natural cycle. This means that ICESLOW is made from compostable materials (except for the metal fasteners, which are easily removable). However, we have also manufactured ICESLOW so that it can last a long time and be easily repaired.
So, before passing it on to your worms, maybe you can pass it on to a friend! <3.
What is our carbon footprint and how is it calculated?
Our carbon footprint is calculated by Climate Neutral, based on the widely recognized Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, and includes all of our company's direct and indirect emissions.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once it has been placed on our website. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. The order may or may not be cancelled, depending on its status.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on the delivery option chosen before validation of the order.
We ship packages on business days, usually the day after the validation of an order.
During the COVID-19 crisis, shipments are disrupted and unfortunately the traditional delivery times cannot be ensured by the carriers. Delivery times can therefore be extended.
How can I track my order?
An automatic e-mail is sent to you when your package is shipped. You will find there a code allowing you to follow its routing.
How does RePack shipment work ?
RePack is the simple answer to the growing problem of the massive use of single-use packaging in e-commerce. Thanks to RePack we are able to reduce the production of waste in a simple way.
